First, in Cinema Times we’ve massively improved the look of the results page to better match the iPhone style and added several extra options, such as e-mailing a film’s details to a friend. I think you’ll find it’s a much nicer experience.
Second, we’ve added an option to UK Train Times to mail journey details to someone, useful if you’re planning a trip somewhere.
Lastly, we’ve done some tweaking to provide much smoother animation in the screen sliding.
Hope you enjoy all the new bits, all part of an effort to make our WebApps as polished as possible!

We’ve added yet another update to the UK Train Times Webapp to make your train experience a bit easier!
When you’ve found the train you want, you might be wondering how to get to the station, or where the station you’ll be getting off at is… well now, with our latest update, you can easily locate the start or end station from your journey with the iPhone’s built in Maps application! Simply find the train you want, then tap locate stations, a small popup will appear asking you to select which station you want to find, just tap the one you want, and there it is!
Hope this makes your life a bit easier, if you’ve found our train times app useful, don’t forget you can donate to us to help pay for development and hosting.

Another quick update on our switch to the WordPress blogging software.
We’ve managed to get the website looking more or less as it should. There may be a few things to tweak, but all in all it’s useable and looks pretty again! We’ve been playing around with some of the features that WordPress has (having never used it before) and it’s certainly a lot better than our last software. The installation was a breeze and the templates fairly easy to customise. Their ‘famous’ 5-minute installation certainly cannot be faulted.
We’ve also managed to salvage (most) of our old entries that were on the blog before it got corrupt, so you’re welcome to read if you’re new.
That’s all for now. We’re in the middle of exam time at the moment, but you can expect some more posts and webapps in a few weeks when we have the time that the summer holidays affords.
